| Persönliches Profil: | I’m a skilled and motivated professional with over 16 years of experience in SSC and GBS environment within global corporations;
including performing and managing operations, business process design, transition and optimization. Thanks to my experience on
both the operational and consulting sides of the business, I have a broad perspective and deep understanding of the context and
complexity of issues that are typical for the SSC/GBS world. Since 2019 I have been supporting family businesses, as a co-founder
and operations manager. This enables me to navigate complex business environments and advise my clients on business strategy and
transformation, in addition to my SSC/GBS specialization. I love to work with people, motivating them to grow and achieve personal
and company goals. When stepping into a new project, it is always my aim to design and deliver solutions that work best for the whole
